Terri Wuerstl is a paralegal with over 37 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, including the last 20+ years working directly in tandem with attorney Stewart Justice. Terri is the first point of contact for many clients at Justice Law Firm. When you contact Terri, you can be sure your questions will be answered in a professional and timely matter.
Terri's duties at Justice Law Firm include all aspects of the BWC process, including answering your general questions and working with attorney Justice to file claims, motions, applications, and appeals with the BWC and Ohio Industrial Commission. Terri will communicate directly with your doctor’s office to get the medical support necessary to file a successful claim as well as documentation needed to support the payment of your compensation while you're off work. She will work with the BWC, MCO, and third-party administrators to help ensure a smooth process throughout your claim.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Columbus Blue Jackets.
